What is the Essenther Rewards?
Essenther Rewards is the customer loyalty program launched by Essenther, it starts on July 13th. As a member, you can get exclusive perks and rewards offered by us.
There are three VIP levels, each level is packed full of different exclusive benefits:
Level 1 - Gold
Level 2 - Platinum
Level 3 - Diamond
How do I become a member?
Just visit essenther.com/pages/essenther-rewards and create your account, it needs you to provide your first and last name, email address, and password. Once you’ve confirmed your account via email, you can log into your online account.
If you already have an account on Essenther, you can directly log in with your email and password.
How do I earn and redeem my points?
For every $1 spent, you will receive 2 points. (P.S. Platinum for 3, Diamond for 4). After earning more than 200 points, you can start to redeem coupons on our loyalty program page.
Please note that points balances of inactive customers would expire after 12 months. To keep your existing points, you'll need to make purchases every 12 months.
How do VIP tiers work?
Once you sign up and place your first order, your membership level will automatically reach "Gold".
Also, the more you spend, the higher VIP level you reach, and the more exclusive benefits you get.
You can upgrade your VIP tiers in the following ways:
Gold - Sign up and finish your first purchase
Platinum - Spend $100 in a calendar year
Diamond - Spend $500 in a calendar year
Please note that the spent excludes returns, refunds, and the purchase of gift cards.
How long do my VIP tiers last?
For all VIP tiers, it remains active from your qualifies until the end of the current calendar year.
For example, if you qualify for Platinum on July 13, 2024, then your status will last until December 31, 2024. You will need to re-qualify in 2025.
Do past purchases and orders apply?
Sorry, orders placed before July 13th,2024 can't be applied to your annual total amount spent.
Can I unsubscribe from emails?
We understand. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" option at the bottom of our emails.
Please note that if you unsubscribe, you will not receive discount coupon emails as well as other marketing emails. It may make you miss the VIP exclusive benefits sent by Essenther.
But don't worry, you will continue to be sent transactional emails about your purchases.
How can I check the details of my account?
Just visit essenther.com/pages/essenther-rewards and log in to your account, you can see your points, amount spent, VIP tiers, coupons, and so on.
Can the Members’ Day Discount be used for products on deals?
Yes! Monthly Member‘s Day Discounts are emailed to our members every month. You can use them for products on limited-time deals.
Please note that the discount is only valid for 1 day, so you need to use it quickly.
